All our items are brand new, authentic, and come straight from the company’s manufacturer.
All exchanges/returns must be in the exact condition it was received, with the original manufacturers box intact. Worn, damaged, or improperly packaged items will not be eligible for exchanges or returns. Items must be properly sealed and returned 365 days prior to the purchase date. No refunds will be provided if these conditions are not met.
For all returns, we ask customers to contact us prior to sending the item back to us. Items must be in their original, unworn condition it was received in, including the manufacturer’s box, tags, and any other accessories. Please do not tape up the manufacturer’s box and send it back to us as they will be refused and sent back to you. If you received free ground shipping, your order will be deducted $8.00 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item as you don’t qualify for the free ground shipping. All overnight, second day, expedited shipping and international shipping cost is not refundable for any returns. Credit for returns will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for payment to appear back on your account.
