Standard ground shipping will be $8 and each additional item will be $4.
Orders selected for next-day shipping that are placed before 12 pm ET will ship the same day. If you select next day on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered until Monday. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days of receipt. For items that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
Your default shipping address can be modified from your My Account page.
Highkickz.com ships most orders via USPS. If you are shipping to a U.S. Post Office Box or military address, Highkickz.com will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail.
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
Unfortunately, some brands are restricted for international customers. This includes but not limited to the following: ALL models made by the following brands: Timberland, New Balance, Saucony, Converse, and ASICS.
If you have any questions in regards to this, please contact us before submitting an order as they will get canceled after it is placed.
Highkickz.com ships all international orders with USPS EMS. International orders will be marked as merchandise. If you have special request, please add a note when placing the order so we know to do so.
We will not be responsible for any customs fees and/or taxes that each individual country charges. We will charge the full shipping price for all international returns and exchanges. For high value orders we may delay processing and request ID verification through email.
*For packages that are unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
*Each order cant exceed 6 pairs of shoes or it will exceed USPS limit for outgoing package, please place different orders when you have reached 6 pairs of shoes. If some shoe boxes are bigger or other exceptions we will contact you via email.
*If your order has not arrived within the time period, there maybe delay due to your countries custom clearing process. Feel free to email us to help you locate your package at anytime.
